A. No.
- Q. If I book a stay using a cash and points rate, does that count as a "stay" towards my Into The Nights offers?
A. No.
- Q. Will stays booked via a consolidator (like TravelPony) or other public travel portal or points portal count towards this promo?
A. No. Your stays must be booked directly with IHG on their website or on their app. However, if you are booking through your corporate portal at work, this may post if such stays usually earn you base points.
- Q. How long will it take for my points to post?
A. Normally they post within a week or two.
- Q. How long after stay points post to my IHG account is it until my personal Into the Nights dashboard is updated showing progress in my offers?
A. The Tuesday after the stay points post to account. (edit: has been Thursday lately, November)
- Q. Where can I find the Bonus Point package with Breakfast rate?
A. Click here to book Bonus Points Package with (or without) Breakfast rate.

Otherwise you booked the wrong rate type. This type of rate also comes in a 1000 point version.

A. No
- Q. What are the conditions for the free nights being awarded?
A. Free nights must be redeemed by December 31st, 2015 and must be claimed by January 31st, 2015 or members will automatically be awarded applicable points. Free Nights can only be used in participating IHG hotels and may not be transferred. A Free Night is valid only for one standard room night rate and applicable taxes (not including breakfast). Redemption is subject to availability of the rooms of hotels specially provided for this promotion. The hotel rooms hotels specially provided for this promotion shall be determined at IHG’s discretion.
- Q.I chose the 2 free nights award, how do I book them?
A. Go to your My Account page on ihg.com (after logging in). On the left hand masthead you will see an option labeled "Free Night Status". The page will show how many free nights you have available and provides a way to book the nights. Note that it's a bit clumsy -- an initial search will show that the lowest price is Free, but until you click thru you won't know if it's really available for your preferred nights.
- Q. Can I trade the free nights?
A. Not on FlyerTalk. They are specifically designated non-transferable.

Then it states: "Visit Ways to Redeem for more information at www.ihg.com/rewardsclub/redeem-rewards."
At this link are the options to buy magazines or songs. Do they qualify? I am not sure, but magazines certainly are "merchandise" and songs could be classified in the "more" category.

My dashboard also updated, but apparently not correctly. My stay ending 11/21 is apparently credited, but not two stays ending after that which would complete all of my tasks. Reasonable enough delay (maybe these will hit next week), except that the weekend task is still shorting me even based on stays through early November. I also had some two-night stays including a Friday or Sunday but not Saturday, which should count -- though even if they don't, then my count for this task is still wrong; it doesn't fit with either theory (Saturday required or not) of this task.

You don't have to redeem a Rewards night to complete that offer. Just spend it on an ebook for 800 points. I must admit I am a little nervous about redeeming points for a digital purchase and having it recorded on this tracker.
How do they track completion of this offer? I clicked on it and it jumped into a page.

My dashboard has finally updated! And what's more, it now also shows bonus offers!
Sadly, most of them seem to be offering zero points though....
Several of those I have already done what the offer requires, but no progress yet. Given that they're set to give 0 points, not sure it matters too much!

I have the same exact offers. Assuming that one completes the rest of the offers, and finds a reward night for less than 21,000 points (well, a bit less considering the foregone points for a paid stay), then one can benefit from this. (I assume that a reward night booked on the app would count for the last task, but who knows.)

I guess I could do the book via IHG (6th bonus) one as backup. But appears to exclude award stays.

Just completed the original ITN offers, and on to the bonus round! I apologize if this has been asked before (I just searched through the post to try and find the answer), but does anyone know what you need to do to get credit for the 'Discover A World of Possibility' offer? There are no terms and conditions next to the offer, and it doesn't indicate that anything needs to be booked or redeemed. Thoughts?

I digged through the whole digital catalog and found the cheapest redemption possible:
With the 250 bonus points from redeeming "merchandise and more", you still stand to earn 100 on top of your balance. I am afraid to open this ebook tho - all of his books are at 150 points

Wow, finally.
I need 28 nights for a bonus, sent email on 11/19, email said I was at 24 though the ITN website said 21, stopped staying at IHG to let the website catch up, this morning the website finally caught up to the 24. This is ridiculous. I've emailed and they told me they are working around the clock to fix the website. Right.

I got the same as all of you. My dashboard is up to date. But under the "tailored offers" my offer now reads "Complete 5 of 12 offers and earn 13,000 bonus points or 2 free nights."

Wondering the same thing. Can i use the bonus offers to complete the tailored offers? Even though some of the bonus offers have zero points, who cares, as long as they count towards my total.

Account & dashboard finally correct
I WANT TO THANK THE IHG customer service rep Connie for all her help. Today she manually put my APP points in my account. I guess they are trying to get all the problems resolved and for me they Did a good job
