I got points and 2 qualifying nights for the Glasgow Indigo earlier in the year, I did have to ring them and ask however but it was sorted in one fairly quick phone call to IHG.

I should have done it... It actually happened two years ago. I just thought contacting the hotel (HI Brighton) was the easiest way, but it turned out wrong. The manager I contacted was a very difficult person. I should have tried the online form anyway.

The iIDEX coded links stopped working some time ago when the website redesign went live , not that using them provided any 241s to book anymore
