I have been waiting for my bouns to post and this morning I checked and wham, 20K + another 5K. PC is still behind though, but playing catch up...

My offer Status....whats the point.........
None of my recent stays are being reflected in m offer status and the stay 10 get 15 offer simply does not show.
Weekend stay bonus is shown but stay not reflected.
Wrote to customer service but that is futile as you get cut and paste corporate claptrap that just makes me angry.
Reading posts here suggest bonus points now being posted late which is what customer services say once you get past the "we love you, we love your business, I am so happy to help" rubbish. This is not what happened before when bonus points registered immediately in clear easy to understand manner.
Was keen to stay for this year to get benefit of platinum for one last time but the changes and he rubbish with customer service is pushing me away.
Is this the same experience for many, do you all have to track bonus points and is my offer status working for you.

OKAY...so all is not lost! Was just awarded 10,000 pts for (STAY 5 NIGHTS GET 10000 POINTS PROM0TION) even if it was not reflected in my offer status. I registered and was emailed a confirmation sometime back in December, now hope they keep giving me the 10K every 5 nights! ^

I got my 20K points for the stay 15, get 20K last week as I previously posted. Today my next 5 night stay posted and the unlimited 5K points for each additional 5 nights DID NOT post.

Like many others have reported on here, I received an email in mid-October for this promo, registered, stayed 3 nights (which were only partially reflected in the offer status) before the earnings bar was mysteriously deleted from the offer status in December.
After several weeks an no bonus posting, I emailed IHG indicating the confirmation numbers and dates of the stays and date of the targeted email. The points were fully posted within one business day.
As long as one can provide proper evidence, I have found the IHG customer service to be efficient and hassle-free. Thus I would encourage others who were targeted yet never credited with the Q4 points to follow suit.
