Had a stay at IC Sydney on BOGO (see IC Sydney and RA Experiences threads for more).
Initially showed up as non-qual.
Did a missing stay request stating that one night should be qualifying.
Got an email back inside an hour saying that account had been updated.
Checked and found that in addition to the non-qual, I had an "adjusted stay" showing - for BOTH nights. Checked my promos and all but Amc Accel and Big Win seemed to be showing credit.
Emailed back, and got a response within minutes that AmB Accel did include the stay (wasn't obvious, but I'll believe them) and that Big Win would be udated in time (reference to the 6-8 week note).
