Best Flexible Rate???

Best Flexible Rate???
Question, do I get points/credits if I book on a Best Flexible Rate reservation?
Also, if I followed the advice of Shareholder, how he books the best flex. rate first, then a week or two before arrival, he swaps for the lower advance purch. rates once his plans are finalized, would I get points/credits for the Advance Purchased Rates as well?

You get points/credit with both rate classes.
