Question about WP bonus

Anyone have any ideas on why I can go to the PC website and purchase Ambassador, but when I try to do it with the NW screen to gain 3000 bonus miles the "yes" "no" buttons do not appear for "Are you already a PC member" question. Because of this I can't complete the transaction this way. Any thoughts?
