Creation Mastercard UK - Points Not Posted from September ?
Anyone else missing their points from Creation Mastercard for the September statement?
I've messaged Creation twice, no reply, done a couple of Missing Point forms on IHG also with no reply!

My points posted on Tuesday but there's no corresponding statement available on the Creation website yet which is very unusual.
I bought some points a couple of weeks ago with the hope it would trigger 4 x points as they were charged in USD but by the amount of Intl spend points that have posted that hasn't happened, without a statement it's hard to work out what's gone on.

My statement ran 23rd but still no statement online!
Should have had around 14k points crediting but only seen 2,888 so far for Int. Spend.
Had to download all the transactions today to Excel so that I could pay the balance off between personal and work as I have a few big transactions to go through so like to make sure the balance is cleared as soon as possible after the statement is run.

No hasn't been for at least a year and many who had Curve cards charged to their Creation cards had their Creation accounts cancelled. Many were involved in 'manufactured spending' but a lot of innocents were dumped too.

I've sent various missing points requests in recent weeks to the help desk but no reply for anything.
I guess it's all down to the September hacking episode

IHG's handling of the whole Creation fiasco has been appalling and demonstrated where vanilla marketing goes wrong by handing over all the power to the provider who can then destroy IHG customer loyalty by providing the worst customer service whilst operating in the name of IHG! Weak IHG management has been exposed in the UK and poor marketing decisions demonstrated.

Just had Creation reply today to my enquiry of 3rd October, basically saying points have now posted and sorry for delay and delayed response. At least they replied.
