ATL College rd changed parking fee after reservation

ATL College rd changed parking fee after reservation
I booked at the College rd HI in May - there was no self parking fee.
2 weeks ago it became independently owned - now my reservation shows the parking fee!
Employee there tells me that everything is changed and he has been working there for 2 weeks!
If I call it goes to Manila and they are not well trained nor demonstrate talent!
Advice?
