How to best book Free Night and Ambassador BOGO?

Is there a way to do this?

When using an advance purchase rate, for say FRI, SAT, SUN, can one easily use a BOGO cert, or should I book a best flexible rate for the second night?

Second question: Can I do a points night on Sunday? How best to book something like that. So, FRI, SAT paid but BOGO, then a points night on Sunday?

Strange thing is, when I book FRI, SAT, SUN I get rates of 270, 270 and 410$

But, CANNOT book just FRI, SAT for 270,270, it comes out at 349,349$
Why would THAT be?

How does it work with a booking made using the Ambassador Free Weekend Night Certificate, does either of the nights earn points?

You will earn points based on what you spend as always. You can only use the BOGO by booking through the link on your account where you see the certificate.
it will show the rate for both nights when you book but the hotel will remove the second one when you check in
