Ok, that's really great. I didn't think that was possible. somehow, for no particular reason. I suppose I expect the whole thing to be a lot more Kafkaesque that it is!

The completion bonus hasn't been credited yet ....

I finally today got my remaining missing points bonuses credited to my account. Got a really nice person on the German customer service line. I just had to give the booking numbers of each hotel reservation, such numbers which are not visible on the site under the list of activities in my account. Once the booking is closed and archived, the reservation numbers seem to disappear. I had to search for each and every reservation in my DOCUMENTS file - I always make PDFs of my reservations.

Interesting, I'm thinking to switching to IHG from Marriott.
