Hmm well first of all it says I wasn't eligible for the offer, then I got an email saying I'd been registered for it but it just seems blank when I click on it. I guess I'll wait and see if it's an IT snafu..

I got that one last 2 times:( really hoping for something decent this time but I just get an error message currently.

I got the same thing. I have 3 existing bookings. I don't intend to make any more revenue bookings with IHG in this summer. It will be based on price and location for me and Qantas hotel booking channel looks very attractive to me at this moment.

So I have registered with email confirming just dont know what the tasks are yet keep getting a message saying site is having technical issues.

I could register and got the email. But no offers in the email, no offers on my personal webpage for the promo.

I hope my ineligibility is due to a computer glitch, because I have a 7 day reservation at Staybridge in three days. I may cancel and rebook at Wyndham and save $174 too.

Hi all, when your post your targets - could you please post your status and how many IHG hotel nights you had since 2019 and for the past 12 months? Otherwise, it's just useless information.

Same here. The offer shows up for me under my offers, but then redirects to a standard page, with no content.

Attempted to register but got message that I was not eligible, but did receive confirmation e-mail from IHG. Then when logged into account it shows up as an offer but there are no terms shown. Guess I will have to wait

... but it is sooo bland that I would do it ... 28.600 points, no achievement bonus, three challenges .. of which two I would fulfill with bookings already done. Obviously it does not require to book after registration only. At least in my part of the world, it is easier to buy 3.000 to 5.000 bonus packages to keep a Spire member instead of running behind challenges which are so bland as this one. The last time IHG suddenly offered me 4.000 points for two stays which I did anyway and most probably they wanted to remind me they exist ... I`d rather spend the summer retaining my Hilton Diamond membership and sadly for IHG I will stay more than sixty nights in hotels in just three months .. If the offer is not better so be it. There are lots of other choices around. In the past I always liked them but for the last 6 to 12 months, the offers have degraded and if IHG does not want me as a client so be it ... I rather aim for Lifetime membership with other chains ...

I agree ... I will do the same and retain rather my Hilton Diamond membership ...

Looks me last one in Spring 2019 ... did not go for it ...
 

A bit of a poor do this time after the last quarter’s bean-feast. Mine are:

Stay at 5 different brands for 19,200 points

Stay ay 2 Crown Plaza’s for 8,400 points

Book 3 Bonus Points Packages for 6,600 points

Stay 4 nights or more (once only) for 4,000 points

No bonus for completing all tasks either.

Very poor. Hilton here I come.

Just cancelled my 7 day stay for this week. I have another reservation for 28 days in dubai for their shopping festival dec/jan. If IHG still says I'm ineligible, I'll be booking some place else:(

I would have yours any time. Mine is a boring double points with maximum 40K. Yours is more interesting in comparison.

I've already stated over 40 nights this year with IHG, so was looking forward to a good accelerate for this promotion.
unfortunately, I got a terrible bunch of offers with a 12k achievement bonus target for meeting 5of6 with only 41k of points including the 12k bonus for it all.
Would have been staying around 30-40 nights during this promotion, but will be moving them to Hilton now, and only staying at about IHG about 3-4 nights now for like one or two targets max.

In a way it's good to be given such an offer, it sort of makes you look for pastures new and see what the grass is like on the other side of the fence instead of getting stuck in a routine.

Had a nice first accelerate.

now this one is a bit weak but will probably go for it anyway. Still angry at Marriott... Hilton Diamond almost pocketed...

Can someone remind me what an eligible stay is? Do free nights (either with points or Chase free night certificate) count?

EDIT: Answering my own question. From terms and conditions:

"Non-Qualifying Room Rates" or "Non-Qualifying Stay" include the following: net wholesale individual and group rate, certain package rates, employee discount rate, friends and family rate, crew rate, special discounted contract rates, seasonal worker/crew rate, 50% travel club discount rate, travel industry discount rate, distressed passenger rate, IHG® Rewards Club Reward Nights/Airline Hotel Reward rate, rates booked through third-party web sites, complimentary hotel Stays and any other rates not defined as a Qualifying Room Rate at IHG’s sole discretion.

Looks like nights booked with points do not count.
