Non Qualifying Stay: Discounted Rate

Non Qualifying Stay: Discounted Rate

This is how my most recent points + incidentals stay posted. Got credit for the spending, but am concerned about getting the 10% rebate on the points (credit card, not Amb). Should I have the stay adjusted, or not bother?

All my points stays since August have posted as "Non-Qualifying Stay: Discounted Rate"

Just email them and they will correct it.

I find the credit card rebate always posts eventually (give it 4 weeks) without intervention. However, the ambassador rebate, for me, always is met with an unhelpful response, unfulfilled promises they'll call me back, and me ultimately having to ask to speak with a manager after 4-5 emails/calls.
