I rang Ambassador Services and explained, no help, they tried to find my reservation. I said I dont have one... I have received a suspicious email.. errrr... then they put me through to the CP Heathrow and I spoke to a receptionist, she was in a flap and said something about ingnore it, email hack and put the phone down...

I got a sensible response from IHG Service Tweet and A DM. They are aware of a problem at CP Heathrow and are working on resolving it. DId not say what the problem was.

Anyone know what the problem was/is? Have they got hold of all guests emails who stayed?
