IHG Points: Easiest way to extend expiration?
My IHG points are expiring in 55 days.
What's the easiest way to extend them?
Sorry to trouble you all.
If needed, please PM me.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.

You can redeem some points.
In the Rewards section on the website check digital rewards.
You can download some songs for 200-300 points.
There were books you could download for much less but I am not seeing them now.

I have some points expiring in a month or two. Any update to this thread since the last posting. The purchase points seems good and If I could make a PB and cancel to extend is that still working? Thanks

Making an award booking and cancelling will work. If you want to purchase points also then make a C+P booking and cancel. The cash component will be converted to points and this is still the most cost-effective way of buying points apart from when they offer 100% bonuses on purchases, etc.

I read if you order a magazine from their website it’s considered activity which would extend the clock.

Wow, you really resurrected a pretty old thread. That said, since you resurrected it, I would like to point out that the "make a reservation and cancel it" no longer works.
