There have been reports of mail-in entry emails being sent out on 12/4 and 12/11, and the emails came in rapid succession. This is indicative of HelloWorld batching these out.
Initially batches of emails sent out was on Fridays but as of of 1/6/16 appears to be Wednesdays

STATUS:
--As of 1/19/16 10:00 am et(estimated) all plays were showing up as no wins. . The play site seems to be undergoing maintenance. Best not to use up the majority of your plays until things smooth out.
--As of 2:45 pm ET on 1/19 play site appears to be back up.
--as of 4:17pm ET on 1/19 500 point plays seems to be working again. No 5B prizes seem to be won at this time
--As of 6pm ET on 1/19 emails being received for wins during the morning hours of 1/19 where it stated no win after select elevator.
--As of 2:30pm EST on 1/20 still reports of nearly 100% 500 pt wins only. Best not to play alot of plays unless you only want 500 pt wins
--As of 8:00 pm EST on 1/20 multiple reports of 5B prizes being won again. Seems to be back to normal.
--As of 2:00 pm EST on 1/21 reports of $50, 2k, 5k, 1k pt wins (unsure of free night wins)

Received 23 emails just now -- each was 500 points.
By my rough calculation, they should be caught up with pretty much all of the ones they received through Christmas week.

Just got a few more 6:15 PST, finally got some from the first batch I sent in for my wife. I think I'm getting to the point where I started using a printer to print the envelopes, hope the emails keep coming, sorry for not having total faith in you other flyertalkers datapoints.

Came here to say I just got 38 emails, 10:20 pm Eastern. I sent 63 in the week before Christmas, though there are a few from December 10-12 I haven't gotten yet. I mailed about 30 for my partner December 29 and she hasn't gotten anything yet (unsurprisingly of course).

It is a head-scratcher. I cannot figure out why they don't process the envelopes in the order they receive them.
Still missing two from 12/5, and 41 from 12/8. I mailed the rest in early January so I don't expect to see those until February.

The biggest head scratcher for me: they sent the 48 emails to my mom's email but with my name in the email. The mailing address is the same (my IHG account still has my parents' address on it so I didn't change it for this promo) but everything else is different (email/phone)
I hope this does not mess things up. I think these are actually my entries because if i clicked on my mom's previous email, I can see that she got no more plays. In any case, if these are my entries, I am done with the 94 plays. FWIW, I sent them in before thanksgiving.
We will see how this pans out - hopefully my mom will get the entries that she spent time writing out for.

I sent off 94 entries on 12/12, 12/14 and 12/17 and got 81 replies today. All were for 500 points so a little disappointed but still worth the effort and price of the stamps.
