Openly advertise competitor chains.....
Staying at the HEX Belfast. Was fairly puzzled when I seen that the two public use computers in the reception were openly advertising Accor hotel brands as their screen saver.
Surely that's a school boy error........

Yeah the owners also own Club Carlsons RB and PI in the city, as well as the Ibis.
First time I have ever come across such a thing (and i stay away c.150 nights a year). Sure the franchise issuers wouldn't be best pleased.
