Difficulty with Status Match Request Processing

Programs: Marriott Rewards Lifetime Titanium, Amex Plat, Hertz Gold 5*, National Exec, AA Plat

Difficulty with Status Match Request Processing
New to Priority Club (I have a number, but no activity in recent years), but have been Plat with Marriott for 5 years including 54 nights YTD. My travels now have me going to two areas monthly that will have me at Crowne Plazas for about 6 nights/month total. I am asking PC to grant me Platinum status.
I called PC and faxed a request in with all required information they asked. They said it would take 48 hours to process. Three days later, I hadnt heard anything and I called back. They had no record of the fax. This time the employee had me fax to her name and employee number, but still no response. The stays begin next week.
Any other suggested plans of attack?
