I´ve been to the IC Frankfurt the first 2 Christmas days beeing on a visit to our parents in law who live near FRA.
Yesterday, when arriving quite late back in the hotel, drinks were free on the last call for all guests at the bar. Very nice touch ! MERRY XMAS from to warm for snow Germany ! |

Hello. This is my 1st post. I am a long time PC member. Been Platinum for at least 5 years now. I am a points hound and always search for the best deals but you folks open up a whole new world to me. I look forward on learning from all of you and perhaps share my experiences as well.
Are you all business travelers? Or just rich folks always on vacation and staying in hotels? I usually opt to collect PC points (vs the miles) but I think I will change to collecting miles since I want to top up one of my FF accounts to get a free flight. But I want to make sure I maintain Platinum status. With the bonus points programs PC has right now (ie. 1000 bonus pts per night), I don't want to opt for the miles just yet. Want to maximize the PC points so that I get my 60,000 this year. Already have 20,000 so far in 2010. Any other secrets to collecting more points? |
