Tips to search for open-jaws revenue flights?
Nearly all over our trips are open jaws. We almost never book round-trips, which has worked very well for 10+ yrs when most of our tickets were awards.
We are at a point where we no longer need to use miles for airfare, and would pay cash for business or first if reasonable if somewhat comparable to award pricing (under $4K r/t for most destinations).
Problem is - very few open-jaw revenue tickets price like that. I see deals all the time for sub-$3K r/t, but when I search for multi-cities, prices are double, even if it's with the same airline through the same connection.
Any tips or tricks to find city pairs for open jaws?
