JFK - Lounge Access/Accessibility

JFK - Lounge Access/Accessibility
I tried to ask this question in the SK thread, but not a lot going on over there.
Flying into LGA, *A Gold. Transfer to JFK for a flight on SK from T7. Long wait between landing at LGA and departing from JFK (6 hours).
Does JFK TSA allow me to enter T1 to use the LH lounge prior to my flight from T7? (I know I have to re-clear security.) I am looking for anyone's recent experience so that I can plan my day accordingly.

(Haven't flown out of BWI since its been refurbished, but before Concourse D could be accessed from Concourse A-C, TSA would not allow me to enter D for the PP lounge when I was flying WN out of A or B.)

I've terminal hopped at JFK before to check out the AMEX CL before my AS flight. Be sure you allow enough time for reclearing.
