Getting cancellation reason for EU261
TP208 got cancelled on Sun, May 28 out of JFK. How do I find out what was the "official" reason and get this info in writing? The info at the airport was not clear.
I don't have a paid membership in flight-tracking services. Is there any database where I can find out this info for free? Or any other way (DOT, legal req't, etc.) to obtain this info for future filing of EU261 claim?
