Have a RT from MEM to TLV. Inside that trip I want to nest a Wednesday to Sunday at the back end.
Wed can leave after noon.
TLV to MEM leaves at 11:30am on Sunday.
Any ideas any (reliable) airline.

If you Google "TLV airport wiki," you'll find the Wikipedia entry for the airport. Click on "Airlines and Destinations" and you'll be able to determine pretty quickly who offers nonstop service on that route. You want to fly back to TLV on the same Sunday an 11:30am flight departs? I would not recommend that. Security is intensive in TLV and can take time.
Looks like your direct flight choices are El Al, Wizz (a LCC with a horrible on time record) and ITA (I am guessing the new Al Italia). https://www.ita-airways.com/en_us/

Looks like flights leave FCO at midnight and get in at 0430 in the morning....should give plenty of time for security beforeb1130 flight but I have never flown in or out of TLV so am leaning on FT group experience here!
