Flights Changed
I was originally booked from Dallas-Korea-MNL. Suddenly they changed it to Dallas-LAX-MNL. I was told I need to claim my checked in luggage once I arrived to my final destination and that's the only time they're going to fly them out(?), that they are still there at my original location. And that it'll take one to two days (only?). I just pray they don't get lost nor they arrive few days before I leave. 🙏

Yeah, as you have been told the airlines involved will try to get your checked luggage to MNL as quickly as possible. Have you filed a missing bag report with the airline flying LAX-MNL once you arrived at MNL? You need to get the WorldTracer reference from this airline to check the status of the bags.
1-2 days is probably a bit optimistic given the complexity of the itinerary, however, I would be surprised if doesn't show up in 2-5 days.
