Maximizing points as a NL-based expat

Hello -

My wife and I are on a 2-year expat assignment in Amsterdam. We plan to travel throughout Europe, primarily by plane, about every month during our stay. I have about 150,000 Chase points and 200,000 Amex points.

My Hyatt Globalist status is ending in February and am Gold Hilton and Marriott. I had companion pass for Southwest in the States but thats no longer relevant the next two years. I am trying to determine how to maximize the value of my points while doing intra-Europe traveling the next two years.Any suggestions? I have found that most travel sites focus on US-based readers. Thank you in advance! Additional details below:

(1) What is most important to you in a FFP?
Maximizing value of my points for intra-Europe flights

(2) How many miles do you usually fly each year & in what class? How many flights/sectors?
Economy class, 12 trips a year

(3) What types of fares do you usually buy ?
Economy

(4) Can you choose your airlines and/or class of service? Airline most flown? Do you travel for work and/or pleasure?
see above. KLM / others with flights out of AMS. All for pleasure.

(5) Which routes and airlines do you fly most often
See above

(6) What is your home airport?
AMS

(7) Do you have FFP status of any kind in an airline? What is it? Do you have any miles banked in a FFP?
150k Chase points and 200k AMEX points. No others to speak of.
