A more official source, confirming that holders of Pakistani passports require a transit visa when transiting any airport in the EU:

Note also that a UK residence permit no longer gives an exemption from this requirement to obtain a Greek transit visa, as the UK is no longer an EU or EEA member state, nor otherwise mentioned in the list of possible exemptions (check carefully if any of the other exemptions applies in your personal circumstances):
