where to check in
The ticket was bought from Air France but says operated by Delta when we fly out of Orlando. Do we check in at the Air France desk or Delta's?

You always check in with the operating carrier.

And at MCO, you won't even have a choice: AF does not currently serve MCO with its own aircraft.
