Hi,
Good to meet you all. I'm unsure where to put this. I'm looking for some information that might help me. I'm somewhat of a frequent flyer. I work for a multinational corporation. I live in the UK. My work requires regularly flight for business. A few years back I was convicted and put on the sex offender register for 5 years. One of my requirements is to notify the police of all foreign travel. Last year I traveled for business and visited 3 separate countries with no problems. I notified and everything went smoothly. When the corona situation smooths out I'm expecting another business trip. However this time I'm unsure of the length of stay or the totality of countries I will be visiting. I know it is fine to report my date of entry once I return to the UK from my trip. However I only know the first country I will be flying to. I will be staying for 4 weeks on training/meetings and then we will be making some business trips but I don't know with whom or where.
so my question is If I can only provide the first country of entry but then I travel to a further 3-4 countries before returning to the UK, will it be an issue/breach? I'm worried that if I report it and tell my offender manager I intend to travel to more countries but unsure which they may refuse my travel and it would be detrimental for my work and livelihood but on the same note I don't want to breach my requirements unintentionally through deficits in knowledge.

You'll 100% want to get this info from your Solicitor/Barrister or at least from the people you register with.
I'd hope/expect that the system would understand that plans do change and therefore has to have some flexibility but we are talking about the justice portion of a Government. Ideally you'd register your planned travels and that would satisfy your requirement and then upon return update the info but you'll want to clarify the requirements.
