Question United 1K, moving from US to UK

I have been United 1K for 5+ years, moving to UK from US in a week and will be there for the foreseeable future.
My annual travel is expected to be:
1) 3x return LHR-SFO-NYC-LHR in Business.
2) 1x return LHR - DEL - LHR in Business or Economy.
3) 2-3 return trips within Europe.

Given the above,
1) which airline program should I switch to?
2) If the answer is BA, should I status match to AA -> BA or go directly with BA?

What are your objectives from a ffp?
A few (cheap?) trips to EU will not earn much to any ffp
Is price a factor in the USA - India flights? If yes may be best to go with the best schedule-fare

Why switch?
BA will not status match AA. Anyway you may be better with AA. AA is distance based ff earning on non AA tickets. Revenue on AA tickets

I would probably stay where you are. Status matching probably won't work, you can do your US and European flights on UA/LH.
