BA Refund
Hey,
I am new to this forum and was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of getting a BA rep to try to get me a refund on my cancelled flights as BA never picks up the phone or is always disconnecting. Thanks, Andrew

Try their Twitter or other social media platforms. Responses are slower than normal still but that way you have a record of the conversation.
