Award flight help

Hello all,

I'm look for some help for the best way to book 2 business class seats from Prague to Chicago in June. I have quite a few Amex MR's as well as Chase UR's to transfer out. So far its looking like my best bet is transferring MR's to Aeroplan to book business class on LOT Polish for 57,500 a piece. I know LOT polish doesn't have the best business class product but its way better than economy for a 10 hour flight. Anyone have any other ideas or programs to book through to fly a better product without costing a ton of points. Thanks!

What frequent flyer programs are you a member of now?
Have you checked award availability?
June is a very popular time for USA EU business class awards- more demand than availability

Transferring points is one thing, but be aware that once they are in a program, they are stuck there. Whether that program or one of its partners has availability on the dates you want to travel is another thing. There are no guarantees.

Fortunately, Amex transfers to Aeroplan are usually instantaneous, and if the OP calls Aeroplan, they will hold award seats while the OP completes the points transfer during the phone call. (There might be a fee for making the award booking by phone, however.)
