Only seats left are 4a 5a are these about the same or is 5 at the back the best option

Try the BA forum for these questions. Anyway, I doubt that there is any significant diference between 4A and 5A - take a pick!

Row 4 window seats are quite close to the middle seats so I'd go for 5A
