LAX <-> REK
Here's a puzzler:
I have:
330,000 American Airlines points
214,000 Chase points
73,000 Starwood points
43,000 Alaska Airlines points
My family and I would like to travel to Iceland from Los Angeles next summer (Summer 2018), so I have some time to accrue some additional miles as necessary.
We would like to travel Business Class for the long haul section (i.e. US to Europe or Iceland). We are open to a stopover in Europe, and we are open to paying cheap economy rates for flights form Europe to Iceland. We are flexible on dates/days (although we would like to go June 2018).
We are even open to doing one way on business class to Iceland (with stopover somewhere) and then taking (and paying for) Wow directly home.
How should we think about this?
Thanks a ton!

This is very similar to your post from two years.
From that post your family was 2 adults and 2 teens, does this still hold true? Maybe do the you+spouse in a premium cabin and the kids in Y or Y+? That may help with logistics.
Look at what cities connect to Reykjavik which seem interesting to your family's tastes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keflav...tional_Airport
Budapest, Prague, Lisbon, London.....the list goes on and on for interesting cities in Europe.
