There are no lounge invitations hanging around.
A number of airline-specific forums have a thread where members may post willingness to invite someone into a lounge. However, FT is not around to encourage the inviting of strangers on-demand into lounges. Generally this is discouraged by both the airlines and FT as it breaks the spirit/rules of lounge access.

There used to be a lounge meet-up calendar, but I can't find it and I'm sure it hasn't been used in forever.
Most lounge meet-up activity is confined, as LondonElite said, to the individual forums, where you may find threads about such. Note that the purpose of lounge meet-up invitations is to further the development and ties of the FlyerTalk community, not a way to just get free access to a lounge without paying. Lounge members offering invites may want to see you become an established and contributing member of the community before agreeing to guest you in.

The lounge meet-up calendar is called Lounge Connect and may be found under MEMBERS but is not heavily used.
