Difference in flexibility re: changes - ANA v. Priceline

I am trying to link to a post in the ANA section to see if it's better placed there or in this general section. Here is the original post:

The ANA forum is where this belongs. In the future if you want a thread moved or modified you can click the red circle below your name and submit a request to a Moderator to do so. You didn't technically crosspost but crossposting is not allowed by FT rules. Keep focus on 1 thread so you get correct answers.
