Can I catch my connection in 20 mins ?

It's 715?pm now and my Windsor-Toronto connection just landed due to ACs delay. My next connection is AC operated by Jet at 735 pm departure time. What can I do? I'm just getting out of the plane. Any suggestions?

Run, too many variables. Same ticket? Different tickets? Coming from?

Same ticket, I ran and got to the gate at 735 but the Jet official told me the doors were closed already and wasn't easy to open again, so going back to AC now .

Since AC caused your delay that is who you should deal with. Good luck.

No big deal, this happens all the time. I'm sure you'll get put on the next flight to wherever you're going.

They put me on another flight 2 hours later and now even that's delayed, so I'll miss my connection from LHR to BOM too. FFS.

That will be a pain since you'll then probably have to overnight at LHR. You don't include many details, but I'd press them for direct alternates as soon as you land.

Next time, if your ticket involves several connections, it's best to look at all the options presented in the search engine when you are buying your ticket and to choose ones that have a little more slack in them so that delays will be less likely to "break" the itinerary.

Good luck!

Reached LHR an hour before AI's departure to BOM but AC already rebooked me for a Jet flight 9 hours later. Got two $10 meal vouchers from AC for compensation. FML.

I don't have a UK visa. I got a room at the Plaza Premium Lounge for 6 hours for 100 GBP.

PPL is actually pretty ok. Not a hotel room, but it works. What passport do you have, and are you sure you need a UK visa?

Are you talking about the PPL past arrivals or the one on the lower level of departures? I didn't realise the latter had full-on sleeping facilities.
