Welcome to FT!

Many programs have ways to extend expiration dates, so you might look into that. What airline is "JPMiles?"

Welcome to FT, BaseBoy.

JP is the airline designator for Adria Airlines, which is part of the Miles & More (Lufthansa Group) frequent flyer scheme. Do you mean Japan Airlines maybe?

In any case, miles are usually not transferable, and 15,000 won't be enough (I suspect) to purchase a flight for someone so you should look into ways of extending them.

Edit: scottpenderson is right, Jet Airways. My latter statement still stands, I believe.
