Pecking order #
Could someone explain what the pecking order # means on purchasing upgrades. For example one flight my fare is z with pecking order 5. Ive searched high and low and cant find the explanation. Im flying Delta. Thanks

That still does not explain the pecking order numbers and what they mean.

No idea about pecking order...
If you're on a Z fare it's a Discounted Business fare so I'm not sure why you'd be concerned about the UG list.
To purchase an UG, it depends. I've seen domestic flights require a K fare or higher to buy it at the gate.
As far as international flights, some FTers have reported being offered Delta One for $750 or more at check in.
