Can you provide more details on the flights you booked?
Generally, booking flights via a 3rd party provides the same mileage earnings as booking via the airline itself. However, some discount fares may result in 0 miles (regardless of purchasing method).

Welcome to FT, Julie Turner Poplawski! If flying on Thomas Cook Airlines, I do not believe you will earn any miles as they don't offer a frequent flyer program.
Also, to quote an earlier post in this forum from JDiver regarding the use of full names as usernames.

You'll need to provide a lot more information. Are you flying on Thomas Cook Airlines or using TC to make a booking with another airline? What frequent flyer programme are you looking to credit towards?
