Why are my posts disappearing?
I posted several questions in the context of the terms of service and my threads disappeared? Are some moderators trolling?

Discussion of moderators action in public can get you quickly sent to the sidelines. You should send a PM to the moderator in whatever forum you posted in to get clarification.

Because you have only a few posts, certain posts such as any containing a link are automatically held for the mods to take a look at before becoming visible. This is to prevent spamming/malicious links.

Most likely because you cross posted in multiple forums which isn't allowed. But instead of asking this question in a thread, you should pm a moderator.

You will also note a red triangle in the bottom left of each post. This will alert a moderator.
Please use either the method Tom911 noted or the triangle, and you should get a private message response to your query, once the moderator researches the issue. Posting publically in this manner will not offer resolution 95% of the time.
One thing that is immediately noticeable is the fact you have posted basically the same referral to surveymonkey message in multiple boards today (about eight times). The Flyertalk board has rules about cross-posting. Essentially it is discouraged: http://www.flyertalk.com/help/rules.php#crossposting
