Checking in at SJU

Checking in at SJU
Hello. I'm traveling round trip to SJU in April (on DL, if that affects the answer to my question). For the return, I'll be flying from Vieques, probably to San Juan Isla Grande, and then taking a cab to SJU. How much time at SJU is needed for checking in? Also, does SJU have pre-check?
