Help Request: Anyone here work for KLM or know someone who does?
Hi everyone,
This is my first post so please excuse me if it's in the wrong section!.
Last month I was on a KLM flight from AMS - GIG. A passenger who was on board dropped something valuable and I managed to pick it up. However getting off the plane and trying to find the person was another problem at the airport and didn't quite work out. So I came back to the UK about 12 days later and maybe a week or so later tried to contact KLM about returning the item. I did get a voicemail from a certain Jason who left message saying as no one has made a claim for lost possession it's not possible to return it. I did notify him on the message that I could describe the person and I didn't have a seat number but knew they were sitting in the cabin behind me.
Anyone have any ideas? I feel guilty of not being able to return it and the reason I didn't leave it at the airport was because I didn't know if I should leave it at GIG or AMS?
Thanks.
