As long as you are logged in, go to that thread. The top navigation has a dropdown for Thread Tools. One of the options there is to subscribe to the thread. You can elect to be emailed, etc.

Or, at the top of any page, where it says "Welcome, <username>", click your username. Then choose the Statistics tab, and click Find all posts by <username>. Since OP only has 2 posts it will be easy to find his first.

Or, if you want notification every time someone responds to a thread you have posted in, you can change your default.
Go to "Edit Options" under your profile... and change the "Messaging Notifications" to send you a message every time someone responds.
