Florida and Pennsylvania are both large states. If you could indicate what cities you wish to fly from and to, when you wish to fly, and whether you're "planning a 3 day trip" or looking for "a one way deal" people might be able to offer specific recommendations.

Welcome to FT!
What time of year? Picking up in what part of FL? Dropping off in what part of PA?
Depending on when you will be making this trip, you might be able to take advantage of the Florida drive-out rates that are offered seasonally. (I'm not sure if minivans are included in that promotion, however.) Check out the "Specials" or "Deals" page on the websites of the major car-rental companies, and check out the car-rental forums here on FlyerTalk.

More info about the special Florida drive-out one-way rates can be found here:
http://www.bestfares.com/news/5730/S...June-2014.html
(Edited to add the following: )
In addition to the Alamo/Enterprise/National drive-out rates mentioned on the linked site, Avis is offering Florida drive-out rates for rentals starting by June 30, 2014. At www.avis.com, enter "S705900" in the "AWD" discount-code field to get rates. Note that ancillary fees will probably be higher if you pick up at an airport location; try to pick up at a local, off-airport Avis location for the lowest total price.

If you belong to a Frequent Flyer program (AA, UA etc.), you can usually find special offers from their car rental partners. Better offers might be available elsewhere, but this would at least give you a place to start.
