Hi!

Hi, everyone! I've just joined after AA totally screwed up my return flight from Australia and now I not only have a 5 hour wait after landing in LA but also a 2 hour layover in DFW (it was a 3 hour layover and direct flight before). So I'm beginning to research the best way to get a lounge pass. I am also looking forward to learning more about how to maximize rewards. I've browsed through some topics so far and am SO overwhelmed! Looks like I have lots to learn!

Hi all :)
This year I started travelling to some destinations within Europe and I came across with all this flight miles stuff recently.
I'm residing in Spain right now, and I hope to learn as much as possible about how to gain and spend miles wisely.

See u soon

Hello,

I have just retired, so have a bit more time for things like travel nowadays.

I am hoping to get around a bit, but as a disabled passenger, it can be a bit of a worry at times.

I am rather new to all this earning points and stuff, so I have a lot to read here.

Hello All

Just joined FT but have been getting lots of tips and info - especially in the AS forum. I truly appreciate all the knowledge people share, it has really helped me get the most out of my recently earned AS status.

Hi all. I joined FT few years ago. This is my first time posting in FT forums. All the while, I've been a silent reader.

Hi,
i could swear I joined years ago, but if I did, I no longer have the email address, so here I am, maybe again. I’ve been travel hacking for a few years after taking a class in it and now I’m hooked. Last year I flew from the west coast of the US to London first class for under $20 (yes, $20) and home out of Dublin first class for under $100. I’m almost to the point where I can start planning my next trip across the pond.
As a certified white-knuckle flyer with an anxiety disorder, I’ve learned a lot on these boards about how to make flying easier for me. I love travel, but the process of flying has become so unfriendly and punitive that it’s now usually something to be endured, rather than an adventure.

I look forward to learning from the wisdom of other more seasoned travelers here, so the flying experience becomes a bit easier to get through.

Cheers
