Hi all,
I'm moving to HK and will be based there for work for the next few years. I'm at a loss as to what to do with my programs though. My work will require intra-Asia travel with the occasional travel back to the States. Being based in HKG, I'm guessing that I'll be moving from *A (where I have A3Gold) to OW (with Cathay). Any tips or advice on best way to do that?
Once I get my tickets (J class to HKG), I figure I can use that, along with the A3G, to try to get status matched on MPC to at least silver (gold is probably too much to hope for).
Any other advice for relocating to HKG would be greatly appreciated.
I know you guys have a ton of wisdom and experience so I'm eager to learn!
PS: Also, now I have to figure out what to do with my UR points, UA & DL miles....and whether it is worthwhile to try to build up my AA miles again.
