Which is better intl arrival time into DEL?

Choosing flights and my options are an international arrival into DEL at either 1:30 am or 5:00 am ... which is the better option to minimize the amount of airport chaos we need to deal with?

5 AM should be a bit better - and you can get public transport thats not at inflated rates.

"Daytime" 5 a.m. is usually still better for international arrival than a 1.30 a.m. "night" arrival.

In addition I note that the morning "daytime" departures out of DEL are also better than "night" departures out of DEL .. even if nowadays those "daytime" morning depatures are somewhat more chaotic than they were at say this time last year.
