tour operators

Has anyone ever dealt with Greaves tours out of Chicago or Sita tours? I'm trying to book a tour through India and both have been pretty good, Greaves seems a touch better in service but show for it in price. Can anyone offer any advice or experiences they encountered with any one of these operators?
