Fares for International Adoption Travel

Fares for International Adoption Travel
My family is planning on a trip to India soon to bring our adopted child to US. Does anyone know if any airlines provide special fares for Adoption Related Travel. I called United and I was told they do not offer a special fare for this. Thanks!
