BLR airport transfer

Can anyone recommend a good service for an airport transfer from BLR to downtown Bangalore ? Uber / Ola are mainly disgusting... would love an Innova or similar car.

Thanks.

Have you tried Uber Black? Those are usually pretty good.

I always order an Uber Black or a SUV & have received good cars.

There are a number of taxi services when you are exiting the terminal. Have never tried them but my guess would be that you will receive a car that is in a similar condition as the regular Uber cars.

Ask if your hotel offers aiport pickup as part of your room charge. The Taj MG Rd for example has a free airport transfer included for all their suite rates.

BLR was the one place where I got a regular Uber at the airport and on the way to the Oberoi the driver pulled into a gas station near the airport and got himself some food and drink. It was at least a 10 minute detour and I was wondering ... was going on.

To be perfectly fair, the airport is quite far and travel times extremely unpredictable. So I get where the driver was coming from even if I would have been a bit annoyed if this had happened to me.

Thanks, I'll wasn't aware Uber Black works in India. Taxi services in the past have been terrible, particularly at my time of arrival.

The Leela Palace wants INR29500++ for a one-way pickup, which is akin to highway robbery.

Especially since a 50k++ suite night at the Leela includes a two way airport transfer

Double check the terms your company/host has with the Leela. Our corporate contract with Taj always includes a free airport pickup for our foreign visitors.

Unfortunately in this case I booked directly with the Leela as the corporate rate of my customer was higher than direct website.....
