Travel agent in BLR?

Any recommendations? Trying to help a family member with their (first ever) US travel.

Does it still make sense to use a travel agent in India or are they better off just booking online?

Have never used a TA there (or in the US), hence the question

Depends what you want to do. If the flight is not available online the way you need it then your need a TA. If its a straight forward booking with some special assistance request, you can book direct. Avoid OTAs.

Online - direct with Airline unless it's AI - have found it useful to do AI bookings through TA rather than direct.. easier to change/cancel..

I only use TA's for Visa's these days in BLR..
